How I Serve my Clients

I believe that building wealth through real estate ownership is the best way to grow one’s estate. I still remember the excitement of the home buying process when my wife and I bought our very first home. The thrill of the search and the focus on finding that perfect property is what attracted me to this business.I began pursuing real estate in 1983 after I graduated from USC. I started work in the securities industry, where I passed the further licensing studies of finance and estate planning. In 1985, I started working in commercial real estate in Los Angeles, California, and I’ve been selling homes, land, and investment properties ever since.

Thirty-seven years and $300,000,000 in sales later, and I still feel that same excitement as I guide my clients through their real estate endeavors. I’ve built extensive market knowledge over the years, offering clients direction regarding the region, the types of properties available to them, and the benefits and pitfalls of each. My goal is to consult with each client, learning their motivations, their priorities, and their thought processes around the nuances of each property.

Buying and selling property is a process that involves many details. It’s important for us to work diligently together, finding a successful, satisfying solution to our combined efforts. Whether you’re looking for a home, a rental investment property, or even commercial real estate, it all comes down to taking the time to understand what you love and what makes sense for your goals. So, together, let’s review the right questions and hunt down the answers to get you on your way.

My Approach to Real Estate Investing

Purchasing investment real estate is the opposite of purchasing a home. When you buy a home, your decision process is based on emotion and then backed up by logic. When you make an investment purchase, your decision is based on logic and backed up by emotion. This is a crucial difference that all investors need to understand.

Within the investment category, there are many property types to consider. Rental homes, flip properties, multi-tenant properties (like duplexes, fourplexes, and apartments), and commercial properties (like office, retail, industrial, or development spaces) all fall into this category. Each property is unique, offering its own purpose and requiring its own qualifications—both monetarily and managerially.

My job is to navigate you through the minefield of opportunities so that we can match your mindset, financial strength, and managerial style to the various categories of investment. If you want to really grow your net worth, then real estate investment outside just your home is a very sound and strong move towards doing just that. I have sold properties in all of these categories to many clients, and I am confident that I can assist you in building your real estate investment portfolio.
